What it does not do
It does not give you a number
You get counts, such as 3 of 4 required met, and the reasons behind them.
It does not write around a requirement
When something required is missing, it says so. That is experience to gain, not wording to fix.
It does not know the employer
It reads the posting and your resume as written. It does not know the hiring manager or how many people applied.
It does not decide for you

What happens to your data
Deleted with the verdict

If something fails, a copy is kept for 72 hours so we can see why, then deleted.

We email you a private link that works for 14 days. It shows the verdict only, never your resume or the posting, and you can delete it earlier.
